Pillows and Upholstery: Burnt Orange

Sarah Story

Pieces, Inc

...so I do have a love affair with pillows!

I think it is because they can be a wonderful and inexpensive way to add a nice "pop" of pattern to your room!

I usually always upholster in a solid color (it can be colorful...but usually always a solid)...since upholstery is $$$ and this allows you to change it up as your taste changes...with pillows and other decorative accessories!!

If you read this blog, you know I love a burnt orange...so one option is to start it as a solid...

...and then have fun adding pattern and other colors with pillows!

Orange goes with so much...so if upholstering is a bit much...it can be mixed in as pillows and other accent pieces...with so many other colors...options are endless!

Nice little pop of orange!

...next up is using a grey/neutral for upholstery and then adding a few pops of color and pattern!

Happy Tuesday!!
