Hey Nashville: This week's Estate Sales!

...there are some wonderful estate sales this weekend (starting Friday) here in Nashville (and surrounding areas)!

A few words on Estate Sales...

* Prices are sometimes good and sometimes are not...if you keep in mind which company is putting on the sale...you will find after a few trips...where prices usually fall for each company....and which company usually has some low priced surprise finds!

*If you go right when they start it is BUSY...so be prepared to be around a crowd!!!

*If you go later...it is not very busy...but some finds are already gone...however, you can usually get better prices as the sale goes on!

Here are a few for this weekend!

Sunday: 10 am- 4 pm
Monday: 8 am- 5 pm

...do I spy a White Chinese Chippendale Style chair...on the right??
...like this brass coffee table!
...this rocker has a great shape!
...may be a great Asian inspired cabinet...and is that a gilded french settee or headboard peeking out??

A Glendale Area Estate Sale
803 Melville Drive
Nashville, TN 37204

Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9 am- 3 pm
Patterson Estate Sales

...lots of great small items!
Looks like a home with lots of neat items!

Liepers Fork...
3090 Old Hillsboro Road
Franklin, TN

Friday & Saturday: 10am- 4 pm
Sunday: 11am- 4 pm
Berenice Denton Estate Sales

...this is an estate sale that happens each weekend...a group of people have brought items to it...to be sold in this very large (empty) home in the Liepers Fork area.

Oh,  love this Oak barley twist table...looks great as is in this pic!
Love these beautiful gold mirrors...they can add a dramatic touch!

...reminded me of the base of the white breakfast room table I had in my Gas Lamp Booth...the top just needs to be re-upholstered!

...love this saw horse style table!

...great entryway round table!
....another one of these dramatic mirrors!
...another piece that could look great in an entry hall!

Have fun!!

Caroline

Do you know I never go to estate sales? I think its because I hate to think of driving all that way to find they have nothing. Dumb, I know. Let me know if you find one between here & Nashville -might be fun to meet up (if we don't fight over who gets to buy what) haha!
