Weekend Find: A Console Table...

I almost did not go into the basement of an estate sale this past weekend...but I peaked in there...and first saw a lot of University of Tennessee orange (as you can tell in the background)....but once I was able to see past all the orange...I saw this Chinoiserie-style console table!

...just needs a little cleaning and paint.

But it got me thinking about console tables and how creative you can be with them in your home...

What a great find. Now can you find me one about half that width for my teeny tiny foyer?

It is always the last room you go in when you find a treasure isn't it?
Great post. I agree, console tables are great. They lend to so much opportunity.
