...Loved these vintage Reader's Digest Condensed Books from the 1950's and 60's...that I found this weekend...they have such colorful covers...and some wonderful classics inside!
Just thought they added a colorful touch!

I've never seen the Readers Digest books with the pretty covers. You have a great eye and you are right - they look great as display. Gosh, I love your little elephant side table!

I think we've all had books on the brain! Is it because it's "back to school time". I love the colorful covers - they give a little oomph to your bookshelves and compliment that pretty red coral. Great choice!!

Hi Cara-- yes, there are both red "coral-inspired" frames and large votive/ vases from a little company on the North Carolina shore. I just fell in love with them when I saw them!
