Like the above monogrammed hand towel for the  powder bath.  I bought this one at Custom Embroidery here in Nashville...

...also working on having bolster pillows made with this Greek Key trim for the wingback chairs... ...and I may have just hit my Greek Key limit...after I had two of these pillows made for our living room club chairs.  At least they are in a different room from the wingback chairs...


















....and having a few pillows made out of the below fabric for the upholstered bench in the stairway/landing area...

Even though, I am not very crafty...I may actually dig out the metallic spray paint and try this on our white wire shelves from Target...it would make our storage area so much more fun!

Finally...more of the Powder Bath

...which is a 3/4 bath (I know) not a powder bath...however, it is the bathroom off of our dining room...so I cannot bring myself to call it anything else.

The weather is really nice here in Nashville...so it has been fun picking up a few flowers at the grocery store and arranging them around the home!  Here are just a few inspiring images that caught my eye...

The "new" upholstered bench...

This piece just arrived back from the upholsterer...and used to look like...

...I kept it simple/tailored...and love the little hints of the sea blue velvet fabric.  

We will see about the white fabric...with a seven month old!  I did use a Sunbrella white fabric...and added the velvet blue for the trim/details.  I just could not get passed the tailored white look here with the gallery wall behind it...

Next up is the gallery wall, which is sort of behind the bench...in the stairwell...

...I have had custom blue mats created by Auld Alliance Gallery (they are located right next to my store) here in Nashville.  The mats will go in the large white Ribba frames from Ikea.

I think it will be a great way to pop the blue color and perfect for pulling the eye upwards....and will be the main focal point.  

Now, I just have to pick the images and hang 10 of them...which may be daunting as it is a very tall/large wall...

It still needs a chain cover....

Finally, this is the relaxed roman shade in the stairway window...

...we will also have comfy pillows made for the bench and I am thinking about continuing the sisal runner from the staircase to the upstairs landing/hallway to add some warmth and more texture...
